Orders & Shipping
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Fine Art Prints: Fine art prints (framed or unframed) are produced and shipped by Lumaprints. Their regular production time is 2-3 business days, and ground shipping takes anywhere between 5-8 business days.
Original Relief Prints: As these are produced by Aurora in her home studio, Aurora packages these and ships them herself. Your order should arrive within 3-8 business days.
Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge.
How are your prints packaged?
Unframed Fine Art Prints: Any unframed size from 8×10 and below are mailed inside cardboard stay flat envelopes, while any print larger than that are mailed inside kraft mailing tubes.
Flat shipping for larger prints is available upon request for an additional charge. If you are interested in this, please contact Aurora with your request.
Framed Fine Art Prints: All framed prints are safely and securely packaged in cardboard, with each corner wrapped with a cardboard cap. The frames are wrapped in post-consumer recycled plastic (Aurora is working with her supplier to try to eliminate this plastic, for now please be sure to recycle it, most grocery stores accept these for recycling!)
Original Relief Prints: Aurora always ships her original prints in stay-flat rigid mailers.
Will my order arrive in multiple shipments?
Depending on the items ordered, your items may arrive in multiple shipments.
You will receive tracking information for your shipment(s) via email. If you have any questions or concerns about a shipment, please contact Aurora.
Where do you ship to?
While my shop is currently set up to only ship to states in the Contiguous United States, please contact me if you are outside of this range and I can try my best to ship to you!
Please note that special shipment requests may require additional shipping costs, and are not eligible for free shipping.
Do you accept returns?
For damaged/broken items, please contact aurora.goodland@gmail.com immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) with photos. Once approved, a full refund will be processed. For more information, please refer to the Return Policy.
For all other returns, there is a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For more information, please refer to the Return Policy.
Prints & Frames
What is the difference between Fine Art Prints and Relief Prints?
Fine Art Prints: Fine art prints are digitally printed reproductions of original artwork.
Fine art prints are printed-to-order, and offer a wide range of customizable options. If you have questions about custom sizing options not listed on the website, please contact Aurora with any inquiries.
Relief Prints: Relief prints are original artworks hand printed by Aurora. Images are carved into wood or linoleum, inked with a brayer, and pressed onto paper.
If you are interested in commissioning a custom carving, reach out to Aurora to discuss your request.
Why do Fine Art Prints have a default 0.25 inch margin?
When framing or mating a piece, it is very common for the mat or frame to overlap the image 0.25 inches all around. By having this margin, you can prevent the image itself from being cropped by your mat or frame.

What are the Fine Art Print framing options?
Default options offered include:
-Colors: Black, White, Oak
-Size: 0.875 in (width) x 0.875 in (thickness)
-Mat (optional): White; 1 inch all around. Other sizes and colors available upon request.
-Hanging Hardware: Metal wire installed on back of frame
-Acrylic Glass
-Print Mounting: Dry mounted to foam core
There are a variety of custom options available upon request. Please contact Aurora to inquire about custom orders.
For your reference, some custom options include:
-Frame Color: Gold
-Mat Thickness: up to 5 inches depending on print size
-Mat Colors: Antique White, Smooth Black, Moss Green, Grey, Cream, and more
-No Acrylic Glass
Do you offer framing for Relief Prints?
While Aurora doesn't offer framing for Relief Prints in-house, don't feel intimidated by framing! Aurora is happy to help you navigate the framing process. Simply contact aurora.goodland@gmail.com for support.
